The terms that apply when you buy from Dash N Decor, written as clearly as possible.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Dash N Decor through dashndecor.com. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and natural materials such as wood, stone, rattan and crystal can vary in shade, grain and pattern. Small variations like these are part of the character of the product and are not faults. Measurements and sizes are approximate unless stated otherwise.
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and in our Delivery Information. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver your order within 30 days of accepting it. The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you, and they become yours once delivered and paid for in full.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. We extend this to 30 days for most items. Certain items, such as opened perfumes and beauty products, are excluded for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
We are required by law to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your item is faulty, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a refund within 30 days of delivery and the right to a repair or replacement after that. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, courier or postal disruption. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. If there is a significant delay, you may cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on our website when you placed it.
